I believe lifesteal fist deals magic damage, so it will deal a lot more damage on a weapon with int scaling, high int, and magic scorpion charm/magic physick tear. Worth investigating. Test it on some poor frogmen. edit I am actually wrong, you can't even set this AOW to cold/magic affinity. still, try using magic scorpion charm and magic tear.

Away from home for the week so can't test this myself, but am wondering for when I get back: once sleep procs on an opponent, can you punish it with lifesteal fist/inescapable frenzy?
